I went to activate a bus pass this morning had two on my account and the stupid app decided to use both of them at the same time went to talk to customer service no help whatsoever do not use this app
Will not open
The app charged my card an additional $2.50 at 10 am, which is impossible for me to do because I work 7-3.
I can't purchase tickets anymore with EITHER card, how am I supposed to get anywhere when I don't have cash? Unbelievable.
Bus drivers don't know how to use.App dropped from my phone,lost all my tickets RTA can't help,now buying tickets manually.App sucks.
My android scanned thru the gate at Tower City about 2 times and the other 20-30 times it wouldn't won't scan (they had to buzz me thru) and after numerous complaints and no help I am back to tickets. They actually blamed it on my android and said there was nothing wrong with their equipment, really RTA!

Your only choice, and it's buggy and the customer service is atrocious. Stay classy, Cleveland.
